To change the background and text colour
At the top of your browser select the tools menu, then select the internet options menu and then select the accessibility button within the general tab.
Tick ignore colours specified on web pages, then click OK.
Once back within the general area, select the colors button, then untick use windows colors.
You are then able to select the text and background colours you want, click OK and OK again to close the Internet Options and activate your changes.
To change the font size
Internet Explorer
At the top of your browser select the view menu, then select text size, you can then choose the text size you would like to use.
Fire Fox
At the top of your browser select the view menu, then select text size, you are then able to increase or descrease until you have the text size you would like to use.
To change the font style
Internet Explorer
At the top of your browser select the tools menu, then select the internet options menu and then select the accessibility button within the general tab.
Tick ignore font styles specified on web pages, then click OK.
Once back within the general area, select the fonts button, you can then choose the font you would like to use, click OK and OK again to close the Internet Options and activate your changes.
Fire Fox
At the top of your browser select the tools menu, then select the options menu and then select fonts and colors.
Choose the font you would like to use, click OK
